Faulty Items
We want you to love your jewellery! If something arrives with a fault or damage, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos so we can take care of it quickly.
What We Can Accept
Returns or exchanges are available only for items that are faulty. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn and returned with all original packaging.
What Isn’t Considered a Fault
Normal wear, accidental damage or tarnishing caused by everyday use or improper care aren’t classified as faults.
Delivery & Lost Parcels
Once your parcel has been handed over to the postal or courier service, it is in their care. We are not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit, but we’ll always do our best to guide you through lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
If a Fault Is Confirmed
We’ll offer a replacement wherever possible. If the item is no longer available, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
