Energy Healing Sessions

All Distance Reiki, Intuitive Energy Work and Crystal Healing sessions are non-refundable.

If you need to reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are available for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible, items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please choose carefully before purchasing.

Natural Variations

Many of our products contain natural crystals and stones. Variations in colour, size, shape, markings, and inclusions are part of their natural beauty and are not considered faults.

What Isn't Considered a Fault

The following are not considered faults:

• Natural variations in crystals and stones
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Damage caused by improper use, storage, or care
• Tarnishing that occurs through everyday wear over time

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the postal or courier service. While we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes, we will gladly assist if any delivery issues arise.

If a Fault Is Confirmed

Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a replacement where possible. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
